Dan Drew

BSc, MSc, MSc

RESEARCH COORDINATOR

In 2008 I graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc (Hons.) in Anthropology and Philosophy. Following this I continued studying at Oxford Brookes and completed a MSc in Primate Conservation during which I conducted a comparative behavioural study of two species of primate in Nigeria. After this I obtained a MSc in Psychology at Oxford Brookes, investigating for my final project age and gender related differences in gaze following behaviour.

After completing my Masters degree in Psychology I started working at the University of Oxford as a research assistant, using eye tracking technology to investigate saccadic adaptation. In 2015 I joined Masud Husain's Cognitive Neurology Research Group where I am involved in research projects studying motivation, apathy, reward sensitivity, working memory and decision making. I am particularly interested in the mediating role of striatal dopamine in value based decision making and reward guided behaviour.
